Over the years I've done a lot of fasting because I believe whole-heartedly that it's the fastest way to heal the body.
We've reached over 35,000 people with our online Fasting Summit and have had hundreds of emails and messages from people who have transformed their lives from that event.
It's also helped me explore so many different options myself, when it comes fasting.
You see, the thing I don't get in the health space is that there are a lot of "guru's" who teach from theory. Not from the doing!
If you don't have experience with what you are teaching how can you relate on a mental, emotional and spiritual level with those you are teaching.
So while I don't have a doctorate, or fancy title in front of my name...
What I do have is experience.
And I am willing to say, more experience then probably everyone my age. But most importantly, more insight and access to virtually every fasting theory out there.
(I've interviewed over 50 experts just on fasting alone)
So here's the deal...
Over the past few weeks I've been personally coaching 3 incredible people 1-on-1.
I normally don't do coaching because I have too many other demands in the business but something in me felt inspired to get back into it again this year.
So I re-arranged a few things and took on these 3 beautiful souls.
As you can imagine, in just a very short time I am already seeing a massive change in them.
While you can't really see massive physical changes quickly, I can easily pinpoint the shifts they have made mentally.
In one word, if you want to make a change in any area of your life, it all comes down to MINDSET.
Change your mind, change your life!
So while I do give them strategy on what to eat, when to eat, how to eat, when to fast, why they need to fast, and the safest, most effective way to fast for them (because everyone is different and everyone needs personalisation)...
And everything else they need for a healthy, balanced life...
I typically focus on MINDSET first.
Breaking through barriers that are holding you back.
Overcoming limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging habits.
Getting them back into a state of "rest and digest", rather than "fight or flight" which happens when you are highly stressed and it means it's virtually impossible to get the health you want.
